Ranma is a boy who is very good at Martial Arts. His father took him to China to train for 10 or 11 years. His father also took him to the Ground of Cursed Springs (still in China). There he splashed in the Sprind of Drowned Girl, so now when ever he is splashed with cold water he turns into a red-headed girl, hot water reverses the effect. Ranma's dad fell in the Spring of Drowned Panda same thing goes with him. Ranma's dad Genma and his friend, Soun Tendo decide to have Genma's son and one of Soun's daughter's to be married. Of course Ranma doesn't like the idea and he doesn't like the fiance. Her name is Akane and she likes Martial Arts and is Ranma's age, oh oh yeah she doesn't like him either because she isn't really into the boy thing. When Ranma goes to school he has a fight with Kuno because he loves Akane and won't accept that; Ranma wins. Another charetor is introduced and that is Ryoga.

Turns out Ryoga is after Ranma because he turns into Akane's pet pig and when Ranma turned away from a duel they had, Ryoga followed him to the ground of acursed Springs so thus Ryoga turns into a black baby pig. Kuno's little sister duels female Ranma to Rhysmistic Wrestling. Ranma wins again. A new duel starts as a fight for P-Chan.

Turns out that Ranma and Akane have to be out skating Mikando and Sansiezein against Martial Arts Skating Contest. Mikando and Sansiezein forfeit out of injury. Shampoo is introduced. Shampoo is a Chinese Amazon. When Ranma is a boy Shampoo wants him, when as a girl Shampoo wants him dead. In the end Shampoo leaves devistated to find out that Male Ranma is Female Ranma or so Shampoo thought.

In this book we find out that Ranma is afraid of cats and Shampoo visited the Accursed Springs. So Shampoo turns into a cat. When Ranma is exposed to cats for a certain amount of time he turns can do Cat-Fu/Cat Fist. This move turns Ranma into a cat and invicibly. Also Shampoo's Great-Grandmother is introduced wants Ranma and Shampoo to be married. The Old Ghoul too is very good at Martial Arts. The school Ranma goes to finds out that Ranma can be a girl because of a duel btween hima dn Mousse. Mousse is another amazon that loves Shampoo. Ranma wins the fight as usual.

In this book not alot happens. Ryoga challenges Ranma to a fight, but this time Ryoga has learned the breaking point. The Breaking Point is a acupunture that can make things explode. In the end Ranma finds out that the Breaking point was actually used for miners and it only works on Rocks.

In this book again not alot happens. Just that Happosai is introduced. He is no ordinary old man. He is perverted who likes to steal bras and panties that and he is very good at Martial Arts too. Shampoo ordered some instant powder stuff that only works once and Ranma doesn't know so he has to go through a date with Shampoo to get it he does and he cries after he finds out what Shampoo did.

Ranma has to be Romeo with Akane as Juliet for a free trip to see China. Kuno and Happosai join in only for the kissing een with Akane. Ranma beats up both of them and does the kissing seen with Akane. Akane helps him out by stickig tape on Ranma's lips and covers it with her hand so no one finds out. Turns out though that when they "see China" it is to see to actor nicknamed China.

Ranma has another fiance he didn't know about. Her name is Ukyo and her hobby is making Okonomiyaki ( japanese pizza, pancake, omlete) So total now Ranma has 3 fiances.

Mousse "captures" Akane and we find out tha Mousse can be a duck. When mousse captures Akane he finds out what he really took was a stuffed pig. Mousse finds out and really captures the real Akane. Ranma defeats Mousse and gets Akane back. Ranma finds out a way to ditch Shampoo by fake losing to Mousse, but Ranma is to stuck up to lose so he wins. Akane visits Ryoga's house to see his dog's puppies. Ranma makes sure Ryoga goes bad so he pretends to be his little sister. Ranma is found out and Ryoga beats the crap out of him.

The principal from hell returns to Furinkan High School. He went to Hawaii to "study" how Americans rule the schools. He has made up a stupid rule that all girls must get bowl cuts and boys buzz. The entire school has to find a cocnut with the pardon. Ranma pissed of at the rules beats up the principal to the point where he does give te pardon.

Shampoo ordered a special soap where if you use it the effects of Juyensko will not work. Ryoga gets a hold of it and uses it on accident. Ranma and Shampoo team up to get the soap back from Ryoga. Yet Ranma later finds out that the soap washes off. I thought the story was very strange. Ranma loses his strength because Happosai did a special acupuncture and he has the moxibustion chart to reverse the effect. Ranma, Ukyo, Genma, Akane, Ryoga, and Cologne go up to the mountains to help train Ranma for the Dragon's Heavon's Blast.

Ranma master's Dragon's Heavon's Blast and verses Happosai for the moxibustion chart. Fortunatly Mousse, Kuno and the Princapal of Furinkan join Happosai to beat him up, unfortunatley the moxibustion chart gets loose from Happosai and Akane goes after it. Ranma goes after her and after he rescues her, he finds out that the chart was shredded in the blast and leaves. Akane goes after him to comfort him and they become closer. Cologne finds the piece to reverse the effect performs it on Ranma and Ranma gets his strength back.

Ryoga gets tattooed by a special calligrapher so he becomes the strongest man in the world and the saddest because the mark looks like a stupid smiley face and the only way for the stupid mark to go away is to be defeated. Ranma defeats him by hitting him with a mallet when Ryoga is too shocked to do anything when alot of women see the mark. Ranma gambled the Tendo Dojo when he was small and lost. The winner of the Gambling thing came to Ranma to recieve his prize. Soun bets the entire house and loses so they stay at Ukyo's until they win. Ranma finds out the Gambler cheated so on the final game Ranma cheats too.
